Update an Empty Facebook Status

Facebook is common for being a social media of commons. But everything has some secrets and tricks behind it. Ever thought of an empty status on Facebook? It’s better to start with a proof than to end with a sorry state. So, here’s what you would be able to do after reading this post.

Ways to Update Empty Status On Facebook

  • Go to Status Update Box and Enter Number 0 in it. Now Press Enter or Post the Status and an empty status would be updated.
  • The second way is a little complicated. You need to Hold down ALT button and enter 0173 number(Remember you need to type them). Nothing would come in your status update box when you hold down ALT and type this number. Just Post Your Status and see you get a Blank Status to shock all your friends.
  • There is also a third way of tricking Facebook and posting an empty status. You need to enter ” @[0:0: ] ” (yes, the content in quotes) and update your status. Again you will get a faboulous empty status in front of you.

You can use the second method ie. Alt + 0173 to post an empty comment. While other two methods 101% work in case of empty status but they don’t work in case of empty Comments.

How is the above trick possible?

You never know which codes are possible. As a game has cheat codes, it might be that these are Facebook cheat codes. Certainly enjoy the trick and don’t care about how it happened.

    Added Tip :
    Press Shift+Enter and then do the same trick to get multiple line status (this will make it get more noticible)
