After telling them good job, we ask them if they use Facebook analytics to monitor how it is performing? We've literally never had someone say they use it. The kicker being that some of these places only use the Facebook fan page. And they don't even keep track of it...there is a reason why so many new businesses fail within a few years. If you don't know how your on-line audience is interacting with your brand, you aren't doing your due diligence as a business owner.
