A blogger or web site owner uses different techniques to attract new readers, retain the existing customers and build a network. 5. After Sale Service
Your job is not only to sale your product or service on your customers. You should also make sure to provide quality after sale service to your customers or readers so that he/she can come back to your website or blog.

What I usually do is to promote products on my blog. My website is related to the company but blog is more personal touch. As well social networks build credibility in customers.

It is important for any business to have a blog, George. You are on a right track. A business having a blog gives a good impression to the customers. The customers can get engaged with the business through the blog’s post. Many people do not like the traditional form of customer support like COntact form etc, they prefer commenting to blog posts etc. And yes social media is an important thing for any business since it helps them gain the trust and loyalty of customers

Good post. These above advices are correct. Bloggers or website owners must always care their readers. Some websites I never receive the respond of my comment. I wonder what the reason, blogger doesn’t respect me or doesn’t like me…And normally customers require good service after using your product (like me). So relationship marketing in business/blog growth is the best way to attract all customers to you.
