There are celebrities who stay away from social media, especially Twitter, to keep things private. Maybe there are only a few of them though, but such choice may have made them avoid “social media mess”.

    • If they are keeping them away from social media sites, then how people can know about them? social media is the top tool to share anything with world in less than 1 minute,
and the purpose of social media is only to share your stuff thinking with your loved once

With the social media explosion, us web masters are spending more and more time managing this media with less spent on development. This is not practical

Social media has become the part of our every day life and I am really worried by the fact that people give more and more personal information about themselves online and everybody can see and use your personal data in any way they wish. And this is the trouble to consider first. It is up to every person to decide how private should be his or her private life.

nowadays everyone use some social media network. my father, who is not a teenager already, was sceptic with the facebook, and Google+, but he uses LinkedIn. I know, its preferred in the business life, and facebook is for the private contacts. and what about google+? i heard that they going to break in the business market, too. celebrities are a special market, they all want to seem personal, but theres pure business behind it. i only laugh on their posts (although i know its a very professional marketing strategy behind the sentences)

Hi, Crystal! I’m using Facebook, but only for private purposes and I don’t have a Twitter account. I guess I will be killed for this, lol. But seriously, I guess I need to catch-up quickly with social media, as it’s impossible to stay out if you are to be successful.

I can’t imgine the modern Internet world without any social media at all. People now live only with it sometimes. It is both good and bad at the same time. If we speak about business, it is excellent as you can promote any product there, but as for personal development and communication, i don’t think it will give any positive results.

Social media is definitely a huge part of everyone’s life now. Whenever a dull moment exists, people just flip on their phones and go to twitter or facebook. One thing that I think will become really important is your online identity though, ie what comes up in google if someone searches for you.

Social media greatly influence our lives both in good and bad ways. For businesses, social media helps others know about you. For individuals, its the best way to communicate with others. On the other hand, its negative effects are social bullying, insecurities, social crime, etc. Despite of the advantages of social media, we need to take note that we need to be responsible enough in making use of our social media accounts.

  14. One benefit to social media is that it allows you to connect to others without necessarily giving them something as personal as your actual phone number. When you can tweet someone or message them on Facebook it adds a layer of privacy that does not get talked about much in social media discussions.
