Hosting isn’t all that expensive. you probably don’t need dedicated or private so you could use go daddy for hosting.

WordPress is really useful and the best to use for blogging. It offers many helpful ways to increase your traffic and at the same time promote your business.
WordPress is very powerful blogging platform, but it is not only that. It can be successfully used as e-commerce or community website. I like it because it can be hosted on shared hosting and there are tons of plugins available.
For some reason I thought there’d be more than 400k comments on blogs in a day. Cool statistics though.
