The iPod Revolution [Infographic]
The world’s first commercially available mp3 player, the MPMan F10, was released in May of 1998. It boasted 32 MB of storage, enough to hold at least one album, and was a steal at just $250! Three years later, the first iPod hit the market. After that, the rest of the mp3 market never stood a chance.

Infographics really serve to get the message across so effectively! When you actually put a drawing to the iPod story it really serves to highlight why Apple is one of the biggest corporations in the United States today. The iPod really swung their business model and they haven’t looked back since.
As far as I have seen, each of Apple’s product has been a block buster….but they really need to look into their price structure

Apple did do a great job when it came to universalizing the mp3 player and totally cornered the market in my opinion.
