I’m earning between 600-1000 from my blog using all of the methods you mention. Though I would say that affiliate marketing is by far the largest majority of my income. Also, I would add that it took some time before I started earning from my blog. The important thing is to stay consistent and keep up with your content.

Thanks for the tips and I know some bloggers who make thousands using these simple and nice tips. The only problem is that you should make your blog really attractive and worth getting a lot of traffic.

  3. You are right … it is not one size fits all. There are different monetization strategies that can be used. How well a particular monetization works largely depends on the niche chosen. With blogging as the niche, affiliate marketing works well but adsense does not.

In some niches adsense works amazingly well – one has to really hunt for these niches. It can still be a hit or trial activity.
