New kid in the market, have to explore the business sense of Google Plus now.
It is great that Google added metrics in GA and webmaster tools, I am not yet sure when Google+ will because factor for rankings, but for sure need to be implemented by every webmaster, as soon as possible.
I think google plus will have some impact but will not change things in a huge way. If this was supposed to be the master stroke that catches up with Facebook, I just don’t see it doing anything remotely like that.
If I understand it right, one first needs to be logged on to Google before one can use the +1. Now how many people actually use Gmail or Google services (as opposed to how many use facebook)?
The REGISTERED user base of Google is much much smaller and hence the impact would at best be just lukewarm.
