Exclusive Information about Google +1
The Google +1 button is a recent development launched on 30th march 2011. It is a simple looking button for enhancing social interactions among web visitors. By clicking the button (+1) a web user can easily demonstrate that he or she has found something useful on the web page he or she is currently browsing. As well, the tool allows people to view their friend’s web pages just as they do with the Like button for Facebook.
Conclusively, the +1 button will allow you to track your own favorite browsing and that of your friends. Although the tool is being enhanced, you can still learn how to start sharing favorite links and stuff with buddies. Since this is a social arrangement like any other, you have to start by creating a public Google profile. After creating a profile, the major details will easily be viewable by anyone.

Even so, you are the person to decide whom you want to share the profile details with. If you have a website, now it is easier than ever to introduce the Google +1 button to it. After that you will allow the people who like your articles to recommend them on Google search. How do you do that? It is extremely quick and simple. Find access to the profile page, grab a short code and paste it on your website.
Since you know your pages and visitors’ behavior well, the company insists that you are the right person to choose the positioning of the new icon. Place it at the busiest section of your blog, perhaps at the beginning of each article or after the end of it. Since the fresh button is very catchy, a visitor will effortlessly find it on your web pages.
Every time the button is clicked, Google may crawl the particular page over and over and keep its title and other information. Since the Google’s crawling action is a plus to your overall SEO results, you want to do everything right. First, if you want the search engine’s crawlers to reciprocate your effort, be sure to add the new button only to public pages. These are the only pages that they crawlers can find.

Another thing, it is possible to place multiple buttons on a single page each representing a target URL. Even so, you would have to do a simple html edit on the original code you copied as was explained above. Simply put, you have to correct the value of the href element so that you can make it point to every target URL you have.
Just for your reference, Google +1is accessible in forty different languages even though English sites are the only beneficiaries so far. Are you also wondering what sizes are there? Google is offering small, medium, standard and tall Google +1 button heights which are 15px, 20px, 24px and 60px respectively. When friends use the plus one icon to popularize any activity you have done on your site, in turn, this can trigger Google’s attention and decide to evaluate your site’s relevance.

I believe that this is serious move and first prove that Social marketing and SEO will be closely related in the near future.
Its useful to share your favourite links. I dont know how much effect it will produce. But its a nice move by google..
Sounds like the +1 Google will be most beneficial for bloggers since it’ll allow people to recommend on the articles on Google search. I’m still skeptical about it but on the other hand tracking down friends is quiet tempting. Will have to check and see how it actually operates?
I just don’t like the fact that they’re trying to integrate social media with search. Search is supposed to be as objective as possible, in theory, so seeing that 100 of my friends clicked on a link shouldn’t sway my decision. Sigh.
With the utmost professional respect……
Are you serious???? There is nothing objective about search. Search is simply a search engine’s attempt to put the top 10 most likely-to-be-clicked results in front of a user(s) with the desired intention of initiating an action. Search engines abide by the same somewhat-standardized business practices as any business whose primary model is to generate a profit. Search engines are clamoring to provide the best results to generate the most traffic (and ultimately revenue) as possible.
Objectivity most certainly has been trumped by popularity and revenue generation.
I noticed that its more beneficial for blogs with high traffic.

I got a question about the +1 button, does it list people who clicked on it even if they are not in your social network at all?

I was wondering what is that, I recently saw it on blogger and next to some of the results in Google. I think I need to implement Google +1 immediately.
Too bad it’s only beneficial for English websites, I didn’t know that! I will be following it and when it’s working on Dutch websites, I will definitely install it. Thanks for the info.

I’m working on getting this button integrated into a couple of my sites. I’ll be interested in seeing how this plays out but suspect it won’t find a lot of traction.

I think in time this will become one of the major ways you can promote your site, but what I’m worried about is that Google might change this to make it its primary way of crawling other websites, thus it becomes a must to install this button, and that might hurt peoples rankings in other areas.
only time will tell.

Wonderful alternate of facebook, Google +1. It should seems to be results in a good manner to upgrade our site. Though we use it and see the results. Thanks Crystal J. Briscoe & Shiva.
I’m works incredulous nigh it but on the other crewman tracking plume friends is peaceful tempting. Present feature to inactivity and see how it actually operates?
I wonder how successful this button will be. After all the majority of people who are searching on Google are doing just that – searching for something. It seems to be more of a panic move by Google than anything else. Time will tell how useful this feature is for their users.
