I had to bookmark this post because I am going to consider taking advantage of a couple of these ways of making money from images. This is a pretty cool monetization method. Could be very useful if you own a wallpapers website or something like that. I’m kind of moving a way from ppc type of advertising. Is there any networks like this that pay for impressions? I mostly do in text advertising anyway..

Informative stuff buddy. This is really good for those who make their own images…too bad the ones you buy from alamy.com or similar sites don’t let you use em like this..though i may be missing somethingg.

Gum Gum looks particularily cool. Has anybody tried these on wallpaper sites? It would seem the perfect combination. Has anybody combined these with adsense? One commenter mentioned that it negatively affected adsense earnings which is a bit worrying.

In-Image ads are effective but have v.less income.. And many visitors and readers doesn’t like it at all bcoz it distract and hide the image content.

So we would take an original image that we published and that we own the rights to and submit it to one of these networks (making an account I assume)Then if somebody buys it from the network, we get paid?
