A Step By Step Plan To Super Charge Your Blog This Year
The New Year is now long gone, and there are high chances that you made some New Year resolutions that you’ve already broken; But what about your blog? Did you plan to create the most amazing blog for 2011 but haven’t even started on it? It’s not too late to still create that amazing blog for 2011; as long as you have the will there’s a way. Let’s get started then, here’s a step by step plan to super charge your blog for 2011.
Create a commenting plan:
Commenting is the perfect way to network with other bloggers and most bloggers would have certain blogs that they also love reading. Creating a commenting plan is the perfect way to keep up with all those blogs out there.
What is a commenting plan then?
A commenting plan is essentially a list, going through the week, of exactly what blogs you plan to comment on for that day. You might decide to comment on 10 blogs on Monday, 10 different one’s on Tuesday and so on.
If you want to make your commenting plan even more effective, then there are a few things you can do to achieve it. When you decide to add your blogs to your list; examine the publishing times for the blogs. If you can work out that maybe a blog publishes every 5 days, then you can position your visiting of the blog to exactly five day spaces.
The better a commenting plan you create, the more networking you will be able to do with other bloggers; and we all know the benefit of that.
Get guest posting:
Most people don’t have the time to go and publish a guest post every day like some bloggers can manage to do, but you shouldn’t let that stop you though. At least, create a weekly guest posting plan. Focus on trying to guest post for at least one blog a week and this will deliver you the traffic and marketing you need to keep on expanding your blog over time.
Develop your killer product:
At least putting the effort into this one is the most important. Find yourself a schedule that will at least give you about 30 minutes of time a day that you can put towards releasing a premium or promotional product.
With the traffic and networking you should be doing through the commenting and planning, a promotional product is the final blow to your success. When you’ve created an amazing blog, use your traffic to release a product that will have it going viral all across the internet. Only up is where you will go from this.

My new years resolution is to do stuff that gets me quality traffic and that is also long lasting…bringing in traffic for years to come….This includes commenting on certain blogs, guest posting pillar articles (no junk just for a backlink), and creating more top rating Youtube videos.

I agree with all those points, actually I am planning to add more images to my blogs as well. I found that images and videos are reducing bounce rate dramatically.

Nice idea about commenting. However, commenting seems to be slowing down a bit. I think there is better to do guest posts. You get more traffic than commenting on other blogs.
I like your insight on commenting based on the blog publishing schedule. I’ve found that the closer you are to being one of the first to comment, the more likely you are to get a response from the blog author and also the other blog readers.

Good thing about blog is that you can make money from it and enjoy your talent as a writer. Most of people are into it because of passion and money comes along when you gained most visitors through your writing skills.
From what I read on other forums that I joined with writing articles for bloggers is just their hobby and money will come along if they’re good at it or their blog is very famous that companies will hire you just to advertise their ads on their page or make some friendly criticism regarding their products or something.
